Scheduling Appointments
Make an appointment by calling 314-977-2278. Your contact information will be requested from you by the receptionist, and a graduate intern from our admission team will call you for a 20–30 minute phone interview. The goal of the discussion is to determine the services you require and pair you with a therapist who can meet your needs. We will provide you with the name(s) of alternative suppliers if we are unable to offer the services you require. You are paired with a clinician who will contact you to schedule a meeting after the phone assessment. All service inquiries are treated discreetly.
Our goal is to get in touch with you for the phone interview within 24 hours of your conversation with the secretary and to schedule an appointment for one week after the inquiry. It may take longer if you require specialist therapy or evaluation (such as for a kid, trauma, or eating problem), as the therapist may not be instantly accessible.
